Order your Ruby's favorites, swing through Wednesday morning, and grab a coffee or hot chocolate while the DJ keeps it moving.
You bring the family. We’ll bring the food that makes them stay late.

Our team comes into your home with the food, the china, the glassware, and the people to serve it. Before the first guest knocks, your house is ready. After the last plate is cleared, it's put back together. Your only job is to welcome your family and take your seat at the head of the table.

The Planning

Tell us about your holiday. Share your date, your guest count, and what you’d like us to handle.

Sit down with us. We’ll plan your menu, your table, and the flow of your day, then send your proposal.

Reserve your date. A 50% deposit holds it. Reservations close Friday, November 6.

Enjoy your holiday. On Thanksgiving morning, we arrive early. You spend the day with your family and friends.
Questions
Do you deliver? Not this season. Pickup is at Ruby's on Wednesday morning, and with Holiday Concierge our team brings everything to your home.
What areas do you host in? We host homes within 20 miles of Ruby’s in Bowie, including Mitchellville, Annapolis, Upper Marlboro, Woodmore and nearby communities in Prince George’s and Anne Arundel Counties. If you’re just outside that, ask us.
Can I change my guest count? Yes, until Monday, November 16. After that, your count is locked so we can plan your food and staffing.
Can you work with dietary needs? For Holiday Concierge, yes. Tell us at your consultation, and we'll plan your menu around your guests. Our Thanksgiving pickup menu is prepared as listed and can't be modified, so check each item's description before you order.
Is my deposit refundable? Deposits are non-refundable. As soon as your date is confirmed, our team begins planning, ordering, and scheduling for your holiday.
Can I order pickup and add a few extras? Yes. Extra pies and desserts from our pastry team can be added to any pickup order.
